I know that there are several Deathstalker Decks and many of them are cooler than this one
However, this one is very focused compared to other decks I've seen. Most decks used either Chaos Power or Unstoppable or Blessing and most of times combined with Epinephrine.
So this instead uses two (main) buffers with epinephrine. The result is a quite reliable Deathstalker deck with more or less 7 ttw

Unless you don't have a nice advantage use one buff per scorp and give it Epinephrine. Otherwise you might lack quanta to buff a second scorpion.
In case you have already drawn two or three scorps the odds aren't that good to draw the other three/two during the rest of the game so start to buff the two/three scorpions you already have with the remaining buffs in your hand. Always remember the magical numbers of Epinephrine, so you'd rather not buff scorpions with 3 or 7 or 8 atk.
The improved blessing is there to have an alternative because one Nova can only supply two buffs. However, you can easily change it to e.g. a fog shield a 5th Unstoppable, a Precognition or whatever you think could be useful.
Weaknesses are the same as in any stalker deck. Purify and early CC (Beware of rewind). Most CC cards aren't that dangerous because the upped stalker already has a nice 3 HP and with buffs you get more than 5 HP most of times which often is enough to survive 'til the end of the game.
