Completely unoriginal timebow that knocks the pants off the easier gods. Stop drawing once you gain control or you could deck out from lack of time quanta. The turtle shield basically doubles your shard healing to 60 hp a turn (ignoring weapons but they dont do much damage anyway except farenheit) and stops your opponent's abilities, even if the creature is immortal!

PA to pulvy (PA isn't effective, unless you have multiples)

make the deck smaller?
turtle shield to precog (this is just a suggestion to make the deck as small as possible), seeing as how your opponent's creatures don't survive more than 1 turn, as they will be devourer, I don't find turtle shield necessary

Protect artifact is there to protect one of your shields or even a shard to help you survive early on. If drawn late, it protects your eternity. But yeah I'll switch it out with pulvy and tell you how it works out.
