not having tried the deck, it seems odd to have a 24-card deck with a good amount of control. do you deck out often?

How much have you tested this deck? It seems to me if 3 or 4 of your creatures are in the last 10 cards, you'll definitely deck out. Or, if your opponent has any creature control at all you'll likely lose 1 or 2 creatures. 5 creatures is perhaps a bit too few in a speed rainbow.

Also, you're using a lot of air quanta. FFQ alone is 7 and hard to get out quickly, pegasus is 1 recurring if you want to dive, and fog shield is (2?) iirc.  I might even take a hope shield instead, because you're using unupped ffq anyways. This deck could really use some quints for the oty and queen, because they're pretty much key cards.

I recommend -1 fog shield +1 hope -2 quantum pillars +2 quint. Possibly add in some lycans

This is my deck. Ive never decked out.

Pulverizer uses both gravity quanta, which is needed to supply your otyugh, and earth quanta, which is needed to supply your lava golem. Switch it out for an arsenic. It's low costing and useful, and your deck doesn't use any death quanta. Otyughs can barely eat anything at 0/3. If you plan to use him, bring along some blessings/plate armor. A momentum can be useful as well.

Empathic Bond barely does anything in this deck, and most of your quanta will be sucked up by your firefly queen. Replace it with a forest spirit, frog, cockatrice, freeze or mind flayer.
