Strategy:
-Evolve Graboids
-Use normal sense against permanents. If possible, steal weapons, shields, and sanctuaries
-Mutate Horned Frogs w Mutation or Fallen Elf
-Play SoSer if wanted
-Play SoPa if wanted
-Usually only play skull shield when you know enemy deck has no PC. Otherwise, Play Reflective Shield
-Use Dry Spell/ Lightning as CC
-Use Deflag/ Steal as PC
-Nightmare the cards that seem appropriate
-Use Heal when necessary

Strength:
-Does very well against Psiontal, Mono Life, Mono Light, Mono Entropy, and Mono Gravity
-Lobotomization only hurts one creature in this deck
-Can finish matches in a fairly short amount of time
-Has plenty of CC opportunity and PC
-Does exceptional against most decks in bronze
-The top three cards that this deck can go against (Right to Left)


Weaknesses:
-Does bad against decks that are based on PC, Mono Dark, Mono Fire, and Some Stalls
-Mass CC can harm this deck
-Has no method of curing poison
-Does Average against Silver and Terrible against Gold and Platinum
-Though has much CC and PC, is very vulnerable against PC
-The top three cards that can stop this deck (Right to Left)


Notes:
-Shards are COMPLETELY optional
-Stiletto is COMPLETELY optional (However if you want to change it, I recommend changing it to arsenic)

In my opinion

(1) use something from each Element. I'd add a Graviton Salvager for  :gravity (provides some PC protection), perhaps a Wyrm for  :air (you might consider an Owl's Eye if you wish, however it's expensive to use that), and a Reverse Time for  :time (so as to remove something really annoying).

(2) stick to 30 cards unless you want 2–3 Sundials for  :time (that's a good idea as well, though Graboids use  :time as well). I'd remove a Steal, 2 Horned Frogs, a Lightning, the Shards (  :entropy is overused anyway, and it gives at least one  :entropy card) and a Deflagration. Maybe Stiletto is a wrong choicce too,  :darkness seems to be overused too. Perhaps an Arsenic or a Lobotomizer...?

(3) if you wish to mutate creatures, I'd go for cheaper ones; I'd change the Skull Shield for a Skeleton (or a Virus), maybe the Toadfish for a Chysaora and I'd add a Photon instead of something.

(4) In general, I think you try to focus on too many things. Graboids are powerful enough for being hard hitters (your  :earth mark provides the quanta for them), Mutation is not good for them, since you may get a weaker creature (or nothing) most of the times. If you wish to keep mutations, use the cheapest possible creatures like Photon, Dragonfly, Skeleton etc. – you don't need those vanilla Frogs.

Remember, these are only my quick thoughts, the excessive testing is to be done by you. ^_^

The only piece of your advice I am taking is the use each element advice.
The rest is justified. Having two shields is normal.
Also, note I only lose about every sixth or seventh match. With bad luck every fifth or fourth.
 The deck is very proficient. The salvager is an idea I wouldn't of thought of though. So thanks for that.
