CC? Check - with plenty included for SoFo abuse too!
Denial? Check - maybe not early, but mid- and late-game denial abounds.
Synergies? You betcha!
SoFo + Accel = growing monster for HUGE mid- and late-game hitter
SoFo + Grav Force = meatshield! (suggested to wait at least one, if not for two, accretions prior)
SoFo + Mitosis = activate accretion once, next turn
do not activate, instead drop Mitosis and suddenly SoFo multiplication!
SoFo + Rage = attacking SoFo with side-benefit of an extra accretion
SoFo + Shock / T-bolt = extra accretion (rarely req'd)
SoFo + Sucker = extra accretion (rarely req'd, however)
Electro + Accel = one-turn kill for Phoenix / M Phoenix; Golems; un-upped For Spirit; 1/1 Lycan/Wolf
Electro + 1-turn = useless Oty and many other annoying CC creatures
Fog = superior shielding
Sanct = healing + denial-denial
Grab / Wolf = help with slow-growing SoFo damage
Rage / Accel = options... CC for small enemies or attack boost for own creatures
I am debating the removal of the Ice Lance and Shockwave for either +2 QT (improve odds of first turn SoFo) or combine with -2 QT +4 Nova. Going to try out both choices and ideally report back here... Abusing SoFo should be done NOW before the imminent nerf, right?
