Hi guys. Loved this deck concept so i built an un-upped version (cause im a newb with no upgraded cards and little money)

Code: [Select]
4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 4vj 55t 55t 55t 595 595 595 595 595 595 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5aa 5rp 5rp 5rp 5v0 5v0 5v0 61r 61r 61r
I went 12 of 50 with this. 12 wins 38 losses. Thats about 24% win rate which I am quite happy with.

I still feel like I dont play it perfectly all the time so i might be able to average more wins with practice. this guide helped http://elementswiki.co.cc/decks/anti-false-gold-voodoo/

I found this deck much more to play against the FG then the rainbow defense deck i was using before. Mainly because its much faster to play and feels more rewarding then drawing my whole deck with rainbow.

Id recommend this to newer players because beating false gods is a great way to earn money early on. I won 9 upgraded cards doing this which has a value of around 10,000 the 50 games only cost me 1,500 so I earned much more in a few hours then I have in the past 4-5 days ive been playing the game.

good times :D

For those that are both new and old to the game, but have an interest in Shakar's as an anti-fg deck, I posted an in-depth strategy and statistical guide to Shakar's variants found at the following link: Shakar's variants (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,21299.msg290787#msg290787)

Wow, that is ... unbelievable. Added your statsheet to the deck in OP.

I've been using this variant of the deck, and I must say that I'm impressed (a special thank you goes to QuantumT for convincing me to even test this out in trainer, and to pikachufan2164 for giving me the link to this variant via chat). Anyway, I've been playing w/ this deck for about several days now, and I decided after playing for  the first two days to look at the thread, so I started reading. After doing so, I decided that I wanted to contribute a bit of data to the thread, and so this post came to be. Although the data isn't pretty (and it may not be a large contribution), I just wanted to show some basic info off to those haters that don't believe in the power of Shak'ar that this deck is, in fact, much more fun, and more profitable than the other FG decks (i.e. RoL/Hope, CCYB, etc.)  :P Anyway, I'll update this thing in terms of win rate and normalized win rate ASAP!

Note: I haven't bothered calculating the electrum made per hour, so I left that part out. All I know is that in two days, I have won 19 cards (3 of them rares, which will never be sold) Also, the time listed on the statsheet is the total time spent on this. I constructed "blocks" in which I played this deck to gather data. Over a course of 48 hours (minus sleep, school, etc.), I played against FGs with this deck in six hour blocks (approx.). Played in a block twice per day, for two days... (obviously, I went over 24 hours, but you get the point... I hope.)  ::)

Woah!  That's some hardcore farming!  Hope you had fun.  Are you sure about that card win rate?  (19/157) 12.1% is much lower than the expected win rate of 33-35%.  If so, that's some tough luck!

The problem I have, no matter the build, is the sheer amount of draws and subsequent 2-4 turns with a Voodoo Doll at the very start of the battle...

I tried another variation the past couple days to see how it compared to the 3-Precog version.  The thought was to increase the combo cards so they go off more consistently plus give more guerrilla-tactics options.  But it comes out about the same.

Code: [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 74d 74d 74d 74d 77l 77l 77l 77l 77l 77l 7tg 7tg 7tg 80b 80b 80b 80b 80b 80b

33% win rate; 32.90% normalized (23 gods played)
I had a nice card win rate, much better than Doichimaru's.
If you extrapolate my TimeTW from my minuscule 7 timed-games recorded and attribute equal time to losses+miscellanea, then 100 games took 3.8 hours.  With that I have a FGei of 4165.5 or about 3.5 cards per hour.

After I played 100 games, I decided to do some combo calculations to see if this deck had better statistical odds to draw the combo.  I think the 3-Precog version wins out overall.  You can see my table here (https://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0AvzXeWJKVKrsdFpDeUE2SGcxZFBxRl9RX3FDTlJRZ2c&hl=en&authkey=CIvnpoEB).  Of course, this is assuming you can always play a Precog when you draw it (which I realize is not always the case).
