I did a small bit of testing with the version Malduk recommended, and it certainly achieves everything it has been said to. Here are my results:

Playing time: 1 hour
Games: 24
Wins: 9 (one of which was EM)
Losses: 15
Cards won: 4

It's not a large enough sample to really be significant, but it's something.

My EM was against Divine Glory. I got a gravity-pulled voodoo out on the second turn and he played and animated a morning glory the turn after. He didn't draw a single sword for the rest of the game, while I BB'd the voodoo and finally twinned it a few times for the win. I won two cards from the spin, a morning glory and an animate weapon.

This thread needs connected to the FG Farmer List.
Who are you and what have you done to Essence?  :o

As for that list: If we are talking about the same list I believe I "applied" for it the very
moment I made this thread (had it coming  ;)). I guess the deckhelper guys are still
catching up with piles of leftover work ...

Yay! You are timing your stats! ... We are getting there it seems.  ;D

Also: Congratz on one hell of a start!

41 games played
12 won
+114 score
-552 electrum
6 cards
126 minutes

I wanted to do a lot more games before I posted but things are getting too busy for me right now.  I've played more games than this but these are the gaming sessions that I timed.

Round 2 of games.

Playing time: 1 hour
Games: 32 (I'm getting better at playing quickly, but this was mostly due to very fast losses/quits)
Wins: 6
Losses: 26
Cards won: 2

Score: -354
Electrum: -459

I'm not sure if the score and electrum are right, but they should be in that range. Seems.. weird though.

Wowsh today sucked. I started nice, getting to 6 wins and 9 losses and winning two cards. Then I lost every game after that, 17 in a row. It seemed I was getting horrible draws, missing one crucial part of the combo, be it the voodoo, gravity force, basilisk blood, or supernova. And every time I got lucky, the FG was luckier, putting out too much damage to handle.

Also, what stats would you like us to take, Jangoo? It could go as detailed as health left and therefore electrum gained for each win, but I think taking too many numbers down would slow people from getting actual play time.

Hey Krahhl. Sorry for the late reply ... been pretty busy.

What stats would I like to be taken? ... hmm ... I am still hoping that the FGei (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14626.msg229653.html#new) may be established as a standard FG-deck-index and doesn't remain in this thread because "he wanted certain stats" or something ...  ;)

Anyways, for the calculation of an effective FGei (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14626.msg229653.html#new), only
[games won],
[games lost],
[games EMed],
[time/game] (average including ALL wins and losses) and a
[god by god breakdown]
is really needed.

[cards won] and any other detailed stats are really not needed imho.
You are right that many detailed stats not only take too much time to note down, thus obscure the timing as such, but also scare away people from actually taking any stats. For that reason, when calculating an FGei, I had averaged a [win] for +45 electrum which makes the en detail counting of electrum won/lost etc. obsolete and speeds up the process with neglectable inaccuracies.

For further reference, see this thread:
FGei ... time to stat up! (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14626.msg229653.html#new)

Well. After a long break from FG's, mostly due to being busy with real life and grinding T50, I have taken another sample.

Stats
False GodGames WonGames LostGames EM'ed
Chaos Lord040
Dark Matter010
Decay000
Destiny000
Divine Glory000
Dream Catcher100
Elidnis000
Eternal Phoenix000
Ferox010
Fire Queen100
Gemini020
Graviton010
Hermes020
Incarnate000
Miracle110
Morte120
Neptune200
Obliterator110
Octane020
Osiris010
Paradox000
Rainbow010
Scorpio100
Seism010
Total8200
Games Played28
Time Played1 hour
Games per Hour28 ..Wait.
Time per Game≈2.14 minutes per game
Cards Won2
FGei(e)2060 electrum per hour
FGei(c)≈2827 electrum per hour
FGei(cn)N/A; could not normalize stats (missed playing 7 gods).
Ahh. Five minute long game against Dream Catcher due to neither side drawing a single supernova for half the game. Slowed me down.

As I play more games, I'll add to this. If other players take data as well, hopefully we can get a good FGei for the deck. I included some unnecessary stats just to have all base variables for the calculated ones.

If anyone wants to take stats, simply pick a start and end time, then figure out the total time. As you play, do the god-by-god breakdown however you normally would, or just quickly write down(/type) the name of the god and whether you won, lost, or EM'ed while the next game is starting. Then, calculate time per game and FGei (check out this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,14626.0.html) page). Or you can just post something like:

1:20pm - 2:50pm
Hermes L
Eternal Phoenix EM
Ferox L
Hermes W
Divine Glory W
etc.

and someone else can do the calculations based on your raw data.

Um.. Anything to add/change, Jangoo?

Um.. Anything to add/change, Jangoo?
Not really, looks awesomely comprehensive.
Like you said, including the raw data makes it possible to integrate it with other stat-samples for anyone, which is great.
Also, it is perfect that the gods in your [god by god] are in order of appearance in the wiki (http://elementswiki.co.cc/pve/false-gods/).

Only things I can think of are:

- deck-code (or image + code) of the deck used
-> e.g. for your stat-set right here, I can only assume that you used Malduk's deck (as in OP?) after I scrolled up and found you writing that you are using it ...

- assumed card spin rate for the calculation of FGeis
-> Zanz hasn't answered my mail yet and I didn't bother to bother him further yet. I currently use 35% but until the Almighty himself deals us a factual number FGeis are really just an assumption.
I guess even if he gives us a factual percentage some time, adding that number to a stat-sheet will be useful because the spin-rate may change again some time.

- player who took the stats
-> Probably somewhat redundant since you can see who posted anyways.
On the other hand, if it were in the statsheet, anyone could really just copy-paste the statsheet without it ever becoming random data of which nobody really knows the origin of anymore. Also, [time/game] is a somewhat personal performance ... even if I tried, I don't think I could ever reach your 2,14min/game cause I am just slow like that. It's good to see right away that it's Krahhl's hands that fly like the wind when using this deck. :))

Here is how I formatted all the stats to put them up for display in the OP a couple weeks ago.
I find your format is ideal for sharing stats when a comprehensive statsheet (which may even include multiple players' stats) is still work in progress, while this is probably more pleasing to the eye for a final posting in an OP or wherever at-a-glance stats are used for comparison:

Code: [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 74d 74d 74d 77l 77l 77l 77l 77l 77l 7tg 7tg 7tg 808 808 808 808 808 808 808 80b 80b 80b 80b 80b 80b   Statsheet

* assumed card-spin: 35%
** wip: work in progress

*: the actual stats are on a different computer right now, so this is just for display ...

I also added the raw data (above the double line in the table) for transparency and put all the "processed" data below the double line.
The plan was to add [god by god] below the short stat-sheet in a spoiler (as shown with Krahhl's table here) because it's kind of nitty-gritty detail few people would want to look at closely.
[cards won] and [FG(e)] could be in there I guess but for the OP I wanted it to be brief and to the generally significant point. (maybe I stopped counting the cards too  8)).

Ahh. Five minute long game against Dream Catcher due to neither side drawing a single supernova for half the game. Slowed me down.
The best advice for anyone grinding FGs for cards with ANY deck, especially this one, is know your quits.

When taking stats for win percentage of the deck, you shoudnt quit (for example, I never quit any game while taking those stats I submitted here). When taking turns to win, you shouldnt quit, as thats just manually making results better than they are.
But when taking stats that show money gain in time, quits are as important as your deck itself.

I stopped taking stats after I reached 1000 games with that Pendulum deck with 3 Precogs, and started quitting games, and my cards per day increased of course. Beauty of this deck is that it allows you early quits; as early as turn 2-3 against many gods.
Precog showing you several BHs, grav nymph, and Chargers in Dark Matter deck? Quit.
Ferox has creatures on the board that wont give you good split in damage received on the doll? Quit.
Precog showing Octane with 5 UGs, no Animates? Quit.
Destiny with early Duids? Quit.
Turn 1, Precog showing Gemini with momentums and Spiders? Quit.
Etc, etc.
Then there are your own draws too. Basically, in many situations you can save yourself tons of time by reading the situation well, and with experience this will become easier and easier.

I'll reread this FGei thing from Jangoo. If the idea is to maximize coin per hour, I might spend few days tracking money gain. But... playing to maximize win rate and playing to maximize coin gain in set timeframe, will give different results.
