Works really well in pvp2  :)

Any suggestion, please? Maybe a purify?

I think wings would help a lot with the defence there, and switch the crusader for an elite pegasus if you really want dive and I don't think you need the vampire, at the point you'll damage with it you'll win anyway, so maybe another vampire dagger for draw chance?

I agree with Wings, hadn't thought of that. I'll try with it  ;)

However, vampires really help healing, and pegasus would require air quanta, as well as wyrm, wyrm skill and wings.

Thanks for comment!  :)

I really like the idea of "patient SNbows"! Been messing around with them myself a little and found fractal'd RoLs to be a nice addition.
Also, sundials work nice with SoP i think, since they speed up the quantity of ur army to grow and your not attacking anyway, while SoP is out. (And why should enemy creatures be allowed to attack, when yours are not?! :P)
heres 2 little variations...

this for some faster drawing

this for maintaining the heal u mentioned, but adding the RoL/fractal + steal

You don't need the light quanta, so why not fractal Ball Lightnings instead? They won't die immediately if you have SoP already, and they have 5 attack to start instead of 1.

even better, yeah. :) do u simply replace RoLs by BLs?

@testing:
depending on draws with the RoL versions i found hope+miracle nice additions as well (upped the EM-rate a little as well obv)

This variant works pretty well for me.

Not sure how it compares to the others on this topic, though. I only use Explosion for the final blow if it's necessary.

I almost never use Wings, but I guess that's a preference thing.

Plastica, that variant is pretty good (hadn't thought of scarab) but I'd suggest Vampire instead of Vampire dagger - A vampire buffed with SoPa can heal you a lot, and has saved my ass many times.

Do you usually get enough aether quanta to use fractal?

Thanks for feedback  :)

Thanks. :)

This is my reasoning for using Vampire Dagger rather than Vampire. Vampire starts at 5. Let's say you get the Vamp all the way up to 28 with SoPa. That takes 11 turns to accomplish, right? And that is a lot of health.

Well, let's say that 11 turns ago, instead of playing a Vampire, you played a Vampire dagger. 11*6=66. The vampire isn't going to heal you unless you stop growing, while the dagger continuously heals you.

In an SoPa deck, you should really only be attacking once or twice. (Either drop the shard at 50%+ damage or at 100%+ damage)

So, even a vampire with 28 attack, which is a remarkable feat, would only be responsible for healing you for 56, (Even worse, that health will only come to you at the end of the game, when you will already most likely win) while Vampire dagger would heal you for 66 in that same amount of time, divided evenly throughout your turns.

(Fractal is quite a costly card, but I do often find the quanta to use it. Great finisher with Ball Lightnings!)

When I first read this I thought that I would answer you with 'Many decks have Deflagration, Steal or Shard of Focus, so the survivability of vampire is way better' but, thinking it twice, anyone would target Shard of Patience instead of Vampire Dagger, silly me.

You are completely right.  :)
