The allure of Chargers is Momentum. With all the AI3s having shields like Jade, Procrastination, Wings, and Dimensional, it's really useful.
Lets not forget charger's 5 hp as well.  Its good at surviving quite a bit of adversity.  Most of the time (unless lightning) the cahrger will survive panada and only lightning and rage pot will effectively kill it.  With strategic uses of the choas seedpower, a charger can pretty much susvive anything.

I run with -1 Entropy Pendulum -1 Minor Phoenix, + 2 Explosions for t50.  Too many shards of gratitude in the t50 - they slow you down something fierce.  I'm rarely wishing for another gravity quanta, and the phoenix wasn't pulling its weight imo.  Too fragile, takes to long to rebirth it, and with only 4 attack it doesn't have the punch the phase spider does.

I've honestly not tried this deck versus T50, how is it doing for you?

Good- only that Vader Sader deck is unbeatable due to lack of creature control and insane amounts of healing it pulls.  Decks that pull out an early antimatter are tough, but the rest aren't bad - between the charger ignoring shields and the explosions for SoG (or lobo's, or eternity) I've won a fair amount of coin due to the amount of EMs I get.

I spend a lot of time hoping I pull that second supernova early - if I do, I usually win.

i'm curious to know how exactly you spend your time hoping...
is there any elaborated ritual? did you kneel down near the bed praying for that second supernova every draw or what?

Well, I was tinkering with this deck a bit (before it was made) for t50. No EM chance hardly, but I got this version:
Code: [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u5 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 745 745 745 745 745 77j 77j 7an 7dm 7dm 7gn 7n0 7n0 7q4 7q4 7t9 80aI've been working on an EM version and came up with this:
Code: [Select]
6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u5 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 6ve 745 745 745 745 745 74f 77j 77j 7ai 7ai 7dm 7dm 7gn 7q4 7q4 7t9 80aIt's not a great EM chance, but hey it works :) Just my version for t50 tho, not for AI3. Too much control.

If you have the money to afford this deck, its definitely a top tier ai3 grinder to invest in, especially with the latest update.  +Karma.

Fully upgraded this deck is good for both AI and T50 :D
Thanks for building it jmdt!
It's probably my most used deck so far.
The EMs are really good and consistent.

Agreed!  This deck is amazing for AI3...

... plus I won an Eclipse from Decay with this deck, so I think it likes me.

Does anyone have some suggestions for adjusting this deck for Top 50?

Why would you fight FG with this deck?

It was by accident.  For some reason, I thought I had CCYB loaded instead of SCEM.  I didn't have anything more to lose at that point, and I had a good opening hand, so I played out the match.  Now I have a (statistically insignificant) 100% win rate against FGs with this deck.

I keep toying with changes for this deck for Top50 use, but nothing I've tried has proven to be an improvement except when I replaced the heals with shards of divinity and hit 5 farm decks in a row (not really an improvement).  Still loving this deck!
