I don't have nearly enough money or eternity's to try this in the real game but it seems to work pretty well in trainer so well done

Nope. He still has one Anubis left in his deck (unless he discarded it), with that kind of time quantum production, he can rewind it as long as he wants.

Not really. You can use any card you want as long as you can afford to pay for it. If you take Photon, its only purpose is anti-deck out so it's 100% useless in all other situations. Having an anti-deck out Anubis is perfect for this deck.
