After a frankly terrible show in PvP1, I decided to tag this [Fun] rather than [PvP1]. The potential is awesome, but in reality it is far too easy to get a bad hand.

Match#2 - No Dagger/Crusader
Match#3 - No Crusader/Flying Weapon
Match#4 - Drew 6 Novas + All light Pillars

I think this was a particularly bad streak, but it's a good indication of the trickiness to pull off VampDagger+FlyingWeapon+Buff+Crusader — obviously there are a lot of links in that chain to go wrong.

Any tips?

splash lightning instead of mind flayer? Splash freeze, splash mutation. Those are some cheap soft cc cards that are easily incorporated in a rainbow.

Since it is pretty unstable, as you said, and it isn't easy to make it more likely to draw the right cards, you may use sundials... They will help you drawing more cards fast, can be powered by your novas, and will stop the enemy from hurting you too much till you can heal yourself up again.

That's great advice, thanks for your input. Unfortunately I still can't make a good build, hah. Its lack of PC isn't usually a problem because of high momentum damage, but it suffers for having no CC.
