You should give credits to hrmmm's Quadruple Machinegun in the OP, dude. It's the same idea and pretty much the same name too.
Um - the title is credit to hrmm's deck - which I had never seen the post for before I went to post this deck. Redux simple means redone. As in this deck is Hrmm's deck redone.
As to your other comments.
My testing so far puts this deck at 5.55 ttw - kirch's testing of the original was just over 7ttw (I looked it up since you mentioned the post)
The origin of this deck starts during the lead up to War #3, jmdt and I were discussing the possibilities for a
rush deck, and he suggested an unupped deck similar to this called Mini-Machine Guns - that deck may have been inspired by hrmm - but I don't actually know. I've been tinkering with the deck since then - considering its possible use in Champions League or war. In the end the deck is too fragile for most PvP matches, but is stupidly fast.
As to stability in 90 games I've had 1 loss - and only 4 games with a ttw or 9 or more - so stability seems fairly solid. My experience tells me that while PSNbows gain speed they also lose significant stability due to needing a combo just to get the quanta started. Its the same comment I made with my Pestal deck, moving to a PSN quanta engine allows the potential for a turn 2 fractal, but introduces all sorts of instability to the deck.
This deck really wants a nova to start the deck, but I've had multiple 6 or 7 turn wins with no nova at all.
Calindu - I love the idea of BLight in the deck - and it probably is faster, but it also introduces some instability (it messes with the mulligan). I imagine that might actually cause the deck to be faster in a ttw study, the games where it messes with the mulligan are likely losses anyways. However it will also increase the loss rate of the deck as well. Either someone would need to do the math to figure it out or we'd have to do a test of much more than 200 games.
