Pretty simple. Discord BH PSNbow style. With so many extra sources of damage, it increases the speed considerably.

It doesn't like giving me 2 SNovas though -.-

wow I really like the idea - should be pretty fast - but will die quickly against a shield or heavy CC - still they need quanta to play their cards and this has the potential to cripple them quickly

I like it - you've got a lot of unused entropy quanta - I'd suggest taking some CC to deal with any creatures they do get on the table - either chaos seed or pandemonium

I came back to this to try it out again, and it actually has a ridiculously good EM rate.

If you use it right, your opponent just can't get enough damage on the table, and if they do, you can just heal it again with BH.

I would appreciate it if someone could help me tweak this deck a bit more.

Perhaps place a Werewolf in exchange for a discord

Maybe, but it's important to get an early discord rather than more damage.

Maybe instead of a phoenix? Also, I could fit some an animate or two in there, that could work too.

Yeah, this is the best way to build discord/BH.  Pillars/pends and exact counts can be debated of course.
