Annoying anti-speedbow speedbow is annoying and anti. Silence is goddamn awesome early on, and we all know how much Black Hole rocks yer socks.

Quantum Tower version allows for more Silence and consistency, but less BH:

Well, the goal is to play a Silence before they play a Supernova, which capitalises on the trouble upped speedbows have with taking off. Best case scenario, you'll chain them and force discards. God, I hate and love it so much. x)
I know one thing is for sure: I doubt I will ever use a Phase Spider/Recluse in a serious PvP speedbow again.

I would take gavel with bonus from mark and flesh recluse instead for faster dmg than the slower Arsenics.

Might even pick archangel instead of Pegasus...
