I'm still tinkering with it, but I think I can expand the deck by 5-6 cards if I add an hourglass.  I could probably get some handy cards with the unused quanta going on...      

Basically the plan of attack in a perfect world is to get the dune scorpion w/momentum out, then the deathstalker w/momentum, saving the epinephrine for the deathstalkers.   Little bit of permanent and creature control to stall for the poison to take effect.  I like the NT for the randomness.  I had a Nymph Queen in there but it kept getting stomped on

I have been pretty successful in PVP/Top 50, even when I lose, I can give my opponenta run for their money, through cunning use of AM and epinephrine.  I have also run into some bad draws lately, which makes for late starts I just discard the dupes all the while counting the quanta, or exploding a pillar.   However on a good draw, when the stars and planets align, the deck is devastating.     Great for AI3 though
