Very nice concept, I'm a fan of the pillarless style.
Responding to previous posters, I would not put in anything that cost more than 2 of any type of quanta other than Darkness. You'll often just find an expensive card stuck in your hand while you're waiting for novas otherwise. I usually skip Light in unupped rainbows because Blessing is only meh & Reflective Shield is too sideboardy. And I dunno how anyone can say this doesn't have enough CC, this deck is loaded with CC. If anything I think the deck is lacking offense, because if the opponent can deal with a dragon or two you're in trouble.
I suggest running a Nightfall. It'd allow the Devourers to peck away and get the dragons to the all important 6hp level. Also I would use a second Reverse Time over a third Freeze in this deck.
