Heal has been buffed since this deck was made, I think you should take it out.  Also, Fate Eggs now have a chance to turn into any of the 12 Nymphs which is a pretty signifigant increase in power.

You need to add multiple copies of Luciferin to make sure you have enough Light quanta.  Also since your deck only has one weapon maybe you should add multiple copies of Flying Weapon, your call.

it appears a lot of people see this as a joke, and as far as i know, it could be. but is this thread in humor, or decks? the rules of the deck section is to only post decks that are good and have been tested by multiple people to validate it, that is what deck help is for. if it is just a joke, please move it to humor, if its a serious deck, has anyone other than you tested it?

Where are these two rules btw? I would be interested in seeing them because as an admin I should know these things.

Outcast works. It's not some joke deck with nothing but 30 Pillars or just random cards with abilities you cannot even pay for. Outcasts is a legit deck. You can even use it against FG's.

We will never start deleting "bad" decks because it would be highly subjective and everyone should have a chance to post their decks. Of course it's highly recommended that people post only decks that are "ready", which means testing before posting (but not necessarily by multiple people).

i never said they would be deleted, and as for the rules, one  of my decks were moved to deck help by a mod for the reasons i listed. if that mod acted outside of his/her limits, please let it be known to that person

a picture was up before the thread was moved, tho there wasnt a picture when i first posted it. the only help i asked for (from what i remember) was for a picture, which was supplied before the moving
