The thing about this deck that doesn't really fit is that, antagon's pvp graboid rainbow is unupgraded.

That's his point. Antagon's PvP rushbow is designed to be used in unupped PvP. Upped, there are better paths you can take for a rushbow. If you want suggestions, you have to specify what you want to use it for.
