This is a timebow I've been using for 1.21 (duh). It is slightly heavy on quantum towers (duh) in the spirit of the generally larger timebows. This means that as time goes by quanta flow is unlikely to be an issue, except against dark matter (duh) but you will sit relatively comfortably against decay.

It's main weakness is it's vulnerability to very fast rushes. It's critical point is later than most rainbows, by this I mean the time where you initiate the situational turnaround with rain of fire-bone wall. However you are extremely unlikely to lose thereafter because of your quanta flow which will allow you to play any card you draw, and even cards that are reversed by your enemy or yourself due to lobotomy, damage etc. However, I strongly urge against removing 1 quantum tower because this would mean altering the tower ratio and worsening your prospects of getting an early quinted oty out.

Replacing the Pest with an Improved Steal is an option as butterfly effect can be used on a skeleton. A stolen graveyard may avail you of this if your boneyard is at the bottom of the deck. The deck generally plays itself out as other generic anti FG rainbows do.
