the current top-50 has more farms, more speed and some stall, but winning  without any shield is possible
most decks only pack 1 or 2 shield, in that case, when they cant draw them in first 5 or 6 turns, they lose
this deck win consistnetly in 5-6 turns, time mostly depends on which quanta does the first turn quantum pillar gives, when it gives 2 entropy, with a supernova or two, no fire rush can beat you  ;)

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
7qb 7qb 7qb 7qb 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6u1 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 6u3 713 713 745 77g 77g 7ae 7ag 7ah 7dq 7gm 7ju 7mu 7tb 80g 8pj

another variations are mostly about time, you can sub precognitions with 2 quantum plus 2 fate eggs or 2 quantum plus 2 hourglasses

this deck has no problems against SoG, Sod or miracles, cause you can easily pack 40+ damage in 4-5 turns, and it gets higher with right creatures or Lava Destroyer+Forest Spirit

the logic behind frog, cocatrice and spirit is: you will need that second growing creature, frog is just good, and you need at least some creatures against rof

5 quantum pillar is the right amount with the auto mulligan, i think

the cards and the concept is really common but i just want to share my opinion about the speedbow and current t50

happy grinding

@sheno: a lot of it, yes. Archangel, giant frog, and phase spider, for example, all deal WAY more damage upgraded, and don't really work in this deck unupped.

I've made a similar deck weeks ago...

It's very fast, but i think 1-2 permanent control cards are necessary...

Anyway, good deck, i like it!

You'd probably get more use out of an epi than the cockatrice. I can't really see this beating a mono-aether or maybe even a wings deck... you'd probably have to get lucky. I'd say removing a precog and adding two explosions would increase your win % against shield decks.

@demagog: you are right with explosion argument, but this deck is purely intended to farm farms(no pun intended)
i think this is the fastest way to do it, as i said it consistently depletes 100 health in 5-6 turns, but point is, it is not the average, it is the maximum i've won so many times in 3 or 4 turns, thanks to to my first QT giving me time for precog or 2 entropy
explosions doesnt help my cause, and im quitting on any fg-farmer already, though you are right with 3 explosions, this deck can beat them too

P.S.: -1 cocaktrice, +1 QT, for better balancing
