it's a wonderful multiability deck with beautiful creature control thanks to unupgraded chaos seeds.

42 cards sounds a bit too much, agree.  lets see what's cuttable.. we got:
7 towers 6 snovas
offense : 3 druids 3 mutations 8 mutatables 1 fractal 1 arsenic
defense: 5 seeds 1 thunderbolt 1 antimat 1 butterfly 1 fog 1 dissipat. 2 qsand 1congeal

i like them all but if you must, you can remove some of defense spells, a shield, a druid or mutation, some minions and a tower or two. and qsands (but quicksands are really nice, keep them!)

snovas usually give enough rainbow quanta, even for fractal to be used on rol or spark

good deck, i think it will be one of my favs

last tests show congeal and thunderbolt should be removed for deck efficiency.

Nothing wrong with that. Some people enjoy complicated decks.

It's late at night now, but I'll try to find one tommorow, although large decks are not my strong point when it comes to deckmaking
I'll see what I can do.
(warning: with mutation instead of improved mutation it will be weaker and more luck reliant)
