I've managed 6 turn wins with this.
Be scared.

It's... scary. I'm amazed this deck hasn't been made before, and I've searched the forums.

Deck strategy:
1) During turns 1 and 2, filter you hand. Discard your SoPas until you have 1, then your rays, then your gnomes, then your damselflies, then your ball lightnings.
2) Cast your entire hand turn three.
3) Wait until the enemy's yellow bar goes under halfway, and then unleash your army of cheapstakes.

I posted a deck pretty much identical to yours once in the arena, but I've never used it in pvp before.

Okay, so there are a good amount of slightly different versions of what looks like the same thing here and there, but those want to use more quanta to win than this deck, and are probably slower.

Whilst this litterally only uses 2 water quanta; It's nearly a quantaless deck.

That's the fun of it: You have an easily cobbled together a rush of 6 of every 0 cost creature and 6 SoPa, and are using nothing but a single SoPa as a means of casting your hand turn 3, and doing nothing else, yet somehow you're managing to outrush conventional rushes. Be scared. >:I:<

Thing is, quanta-less decks and almost quanta-less decks are well-known already.
