Seems too thick with only 3 Hourglasses to power the draws.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

Added an hourglass.

Which doesn't help much, either. Typically decks with almost 60 cards have 6 hourglasses. But well, the other way round is to trim it down to around 40 cards. Even so, in 40 cards, 3-4 hourglasses is preferred.
The chance of actually getting out the mummy rewind SoR combo is pretty low, as well. Why not take the mummies/SoR out first? Even if you got the combo out, its role overlaps with FFQ/Oty. Focus around those card instead and the deck would be better.

Does anyone have a SGbow for reference?

Here's the smaller, more modern version of the SGbow, that has 4 HG's and 6 sundials for draw power. The old one was a 54-card deck with 3 HG's and 6 Sundials, but the Sundials used to be 2 turns long, so the old deck is unreliable.
