Today's victim is Bear1974 and he gave me exactly what I needed to test out my new toy:
Poison!
Wait... what?
An (exploded) arsenic and a single chysaora in a 60 card deck with quantum towers...?
(Maybe not poison.)
Little by little, the chysaora eats away at my soul.
Soon Bear begins dropping dragon after dragon and things begin to look grim...
...until I draw a card that will allow me to take out my biggest threat.
The chysora goes down, the existing dragons continue to invite some of their friends, but the cancer cells go to work.
1 turn away from sealing the deal and Bear decides to ruin my fun.
My permafrost shield delays the inevitable and freezes the troublesome nymph.
And just before the nymph is about the thaw, I get exactly what I need.
And we all lived happily ever after.
There was a little less quitting (and a lot less rage) in this story than what I would have liked, but remind me once more, why didn't I include Inundation when it was first introduced to Elements?
When it was first being tested, it killed "neutral creatures" and everyone made Aflatoxin/Inundation decks in the trainer. The "kill non-neutral" creatures clause was added and... somehow that convinced me it wouldn't work in the deck...?
*confused*
*shrugs*
I guess the world will never know...
(-1 Granite Skin, +1 Inundation.)
