I play around with 60 card timebows... a lot, and I frequently kept running into weak points or things that I did not enjoy (decking out a 120 card deck 1 card at a time). After a lot of tinkering this is what I most recently built and I found the winrate in plat to be simply... amazing (probably just lucky winstreak, but it was fun ).

Main strategy: spam your permanents and draw like crazy. Mindgate when possible. Play creatures when it either looks like your opponent won't annihilate them or when you can Anubis + SoR. Destroy everything with Otyugh + Mito Sofo -> win.

You only have so many permanents so the opponents' Sofos are your primary cc target, a nice tactic is to Rewind it and then use Mindgate afterwards for additional Sofos for you, though be careful you don't run out of .

• Quantum Tower: main quanta source.
• Aether Pendulum: deck is high on and in early game as long as you have an Hourglass it's hard to have too much . In fact, in every game I remember early game excesses dissappeared quite fast once Hourglasses showed up.
• Otyugh: your main CC card, take good care of it and it will grow strong and healthy.
• Electrum Hourglass: your main drawpower, required to play such a huge deck.
• Mindgate: makes it that much harder for your opponent to outmanouever you with another rainbow, not to mention a lot of fun.
• Shard of Focus: overpowered card that in high numbers can literally destroy just about anything.
• Anubis: your main CC protection.
• Shard of Readiness: acts as an improved Quintessence when used on Anubis or a way to save precious when used in combination with Mitosis on an Otyugh/Shard of Focus.
• Shard of Patience: not only does it serve as a primary win condition (deckout is boring), it's also a protection for your creatures against the opponents' shield. Use whenever possible, destroy only when either victory or defeat are close at hand.
• Phase Shield: main stalling card.
• Mitosis: main CC/PC mutliplication, just use it on your Otyugh/Shard of Focus and flood the field with them.
• Sundial: secondary stalling card, good when Bone Wall is up.
• Eternity: anti-deckout and can be very cunning when combined with Mindgate.
• Rewind: in case Eternity is last card in deck.
• Protect Artifact: main use is for Eternity, but also viable for Electrum Hourglass in early game when opponent has much PC or on Quantum Towers if opponent has little PC but a lot of Quicksands.
• Purify: a single Purify is all you need to get the upper hand on many poison decks if timed right.
• Miracle: when your setup seems to have happened too late Miracle may be able to save you yet.
• Feral Bond: main source of healing.
• Sanctuary: slight healing and Black Hole/Silence protection.
• Boneyard: for extra SoP fodder.
• Pandemonium: when opponents' field is more than any one Otyugh can handle.
• Improved Steal: some permanents are too good to destroy... like the ones your opponent stole from you.

Oh, and I personally use a different variant but I don't think most people have the cards to build it =p

SoFo got mutated, Eternity wrecked, but you don't need either to win.

High-ranked Platinum deck, already used Purify early and needed a Miracle half-game as well to hold on long enough before a filled field + bonds would overheal remaining Poison.

Also fun vs fgs, but that's not my thing (low score gain), still, my only try resulted in:

You need 1 Druid. q single simple druid. For the skeles and weak mindgated creatures! What would you replace for it?
Also, do you have enough stall against mono  with SoFre? Plat is full of those..

A Quantum Tower/Aether Pend or one of the situational cards (Purify/Pandemonium/Miracle/Steal) would probably work. I didn't bother with it since SoP makes the skellies strong enough and there's always RT for fun
