Lava Destroyer Rush [PVP2] https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=49340.msg1072095#msg1072095

I know this isn't anything new or special, but this is the deck I've basically settled on for PVP2.  I feel weird posting it in the rainbow section, but I guess it technically is.

Spoiler for Hidden:

So far, this is my favorite deck to play and the one I'm most comfortable playing with in PVP.  Of course, sometimes there are bad draws, but on the flip side there are some amazing draws, and very quick games.

So any comments or ways to improve? I used to play 2 explosions for a while, but I felt like I never really needed two too often. Also, sometimes I will try to hold on to "momentum" if I think the opp will have a tricky shield.  Besides that, its just rush, rush, rush, etc

three card types for players with this deck,
seven earth-references with the mark of stone,
nine damaging creatures doomed to kill,
one fog shield to keep you on the throne
in the land of fa-cards where the victories lie.
one explosion to destroy them all, one cp to buff them,
one bb to controll them all and in delay bind them
in the land of fa-cards where victories lie.

you have many, many foreveralone cards (=fa cards)
while some may not be needed (gavel, chaos power), I would at least pack multiple explosions or unstoppables.
I'd also use more gemfinders and another cremation at the cost of towers, but that's just me.
be quick- time is quanta.

FWIW, notwithstanding whatever he just tried to say, it's perfectly fine (and good) to use single copies of cards, particularly single copies of off-prime-element cards in rainbows.

In this particular case, the only things I'd really say to remove are the novae, the basilisk blood and the graboid, though the graboid can stay if you really like it. My specific recommended changes are probably -2 nova, -1 graboid, -1 BB, +1 cremate, +1 explode, +2 gemfinder (or +1 gemfinder/+1 minor phoenix). If you definitely want to stick to the single explode (which is fine), another minor phoenix/gemfinder or something would be fine. Really, though, I don't think it necessarily needs any modification, particularly if it's working for you as it is.

It seems like a very balanced deck to play. I am trying against level 3 now.
