More precogs don't help the deck that much, as it could have better draw without them, unless you really want to see their hand. You say you'd add all that, but would you take out anything?

Well, I'd obviously take out the Aether pends and the Twin Universe, opening up tons of space. Doing any more optimization would kind of defeat the purpose of the deck... I was suggesting add-ons with respect to a variant I created:

But note that this version does not exactly fulfill "massive poison spam!" without the Epinephrine, and does not have a hard hitter like Elite Shrieker.
