I tried out this deck a bit, and relying on Mindgate for Rewind fodder is really unreliable.

There is no luck involved, you rewind the cell and mindgate it in the same turn(nothing happens in between). It is also a way to get the specific creature you want from all what your opponent plays(use rewind in that everytime it hits the field, your opponent will keep playing it, so get as many copies you want).
This method is the only reason you need crusader(to use 2 eternitys the same turn, or 1 eternity 1 pulvy)

Oh, that. There is nothing you can do about it, except for being ready to get the fodder as soon as you get the mindgate down(maybe keeping your crusader on hand to have temporary fodder, in case of it coming in the last card, a single PA helps with the blow ups, but with all your perms you can draw out most of the PC)

Well SoGs are literally useless unless upgraded so go with that...

SoG and & shields won't work un-upped the way they are meant. Trick is to use Aflatoxin to fill field with Malignant Cells and block their damage, but that doesn't work with Thorn Carapace or Reflective Shield.

I've also tested the new improved Skull Buckler for being the 4th shield (31st card), and it seems pretty good addition for the deck. It's especially good against Eternal Phoenix.

I´m lovey-dovey with this deck 
It´s pure fun to play and the win rate is very good.
Not the fastest FG grinder but, for me, the one with the biggest fun factor.
The only change i made in 1.27 is -2 SoG +2 Sanctuary.

But the stats returned on your deck seem much lower than what you have posted.  I think they are trying to avoid having people do the test for their own decks, but if anyone else who regularly runs this deck could record stats into StatsMasta (per instructions in the thread above) I would like to see their results.  Your description of playing the deck does seem a little more complex than a lot of other FG decks and I think that may have contributed to the tester having sub-optimal results.

I think this deck has a very neat dimension to it that many others do not, and I'd be sad if it is so good and is immortalized in THE FG efficiency thread at 28% wins.

I ran this deck for about two weeks when it first came out. 28% wins is definitely NOT POSSIBLE. I won over 50% of times, and I played it a fair bit. The test should be done again.
