This deck capitalizes on the fact that when there's a GP'd Voodoo out, AI will reduce how often it plays creatures but is [theoretically] feasible in PvP as well.
Against players, it becomes a matter of choice. Play Ghost and start taking damage from Voodoo and additional Neuro? Or just take the 13 damage from discarding it.
TU is a nice card here. It takes advantage of damaged Voodoos as well as a way to generate some more Ghosts if needed, depending on how the opponent is choosing to play it.
It is definitely slow, with SNova being played purely off the Mark.
