This deck is about hope... Hope that you will get the answers you need in as many situations as possible.
At its core, this is a Serenbow deck and I've taken some pointers from other similar decks. Hopefully this is different enough to warrant a post.

Shards of Serendipity: The star of the show. Nothing says hope like three random cards.
Entropy Towers: Since SoSe give atleast 1 entropy card, the extra quanta helps alot. They also let you play supernovas a turn or two early.
Otyugh: Helps control the board. Synergies with Fire storm, SoP and chaos seeds (from SoSe)
Shard of Focus/Steal : Permanent control. I like SoF over pulverizer for a few reasons: Gravity quantas are too tight to have both; overall this cost less quanta when destroying the same number of cards. We already have a weapon. You're gonna have a bad day if the opponent steals your pulverizer and starts using it. AI often prioritizes SoF after its health is high, thus protecting your other creatures. Synergies with Butterfly Effect (from SoSe). Get a black hole if you need it.
Fire Storm: Great in a pinch to buy couple extra turns (especially against fire and air decks). Works well with Otyugh to help it get going.
Purify: Counters poison and can heal creatures like Otyugh is some rare cases.
Mirror Shield: Counters SoW and leads to the most satisfying wins. Also, its cheap and blocks 1 damage
Electrocutor: Lobotomize is another form of board control. I like the weapon over Ulitharid because its harder to remove in most cases. Decks that do have permanent control usually don't need lobotomizing. You only need it until you get an Otyugh out or win
Shard of Bravery: Only form of real draw. I tried Hourglasses, but they cost a lot to have more than 1 or 2 and tend to get stolen/destroyed. Also tried precognitions which was fun, but clogs up opening hands.
Elite Queen: A recent edition after looking at another SoSe deck. Helps with the lack of monsters and endgame. Synergies with Shard of Patience and Fallen Druid (from SoSe). Kinda breaks the theme cause its not really a counter
Shard of Patience: Another recent addition after stealing one. Counters SoV and Miracles. Works really well with Queen and Otyugh abilities and makes them harder to kill. Gives you the damage you need to win out long games. Just be careful using it again a dark pests deck. If it gets stolen and you can't remove it...
Overall this deck isn't very fast or efficient, but is fun to play and there's always chance at a come back. My win rate should be above 50% (an older iteration with -1 Queen, -1 SoP, +1 SoSe, +1 Entropy Pendulum was 24-18), but I can get some numbers if people are interested.
It would be cool to fit in a sanctuary, quintessence or enchant artifact to counter more decks. Thanks for reading and always open to suggestions.
Edit:
Started playing this variation in plat arena:

Main differences:
Bone wall over mirror shield: Bone shield works well with Otyugh, fire storm, and cats (from SoSe). Plus, I haven't faced a wisdom deck yet. Thanks to Manuel for the suggestion!
Sundials over Shards of Bravery: Bravery is scary to use against those decks. Sundials on the other hand draw less, but work well with queens and shard of patience.
Current win rate from a couple hours of playing plat: 9W:21L, 4EM, 1 Win Streak
. Don't know what a good record is, but this definitely wasn't the luckiest session.
