I've started picking Elements back up using this deck, and I tell you, barging through Bronze is effortless. It's a challenge at times, but challenges are good.

Thanks for this cool deck. Lately I'd been playing a very boring mono-aether setup against AI4, but this deck made me return to the arena, which is more fun to play, especially with a deck like this.

I've been playing with this and getting good win streaks and occasional losses at Bronze Arena, it's a great deck. Interestingly, I've decided to start taking note of my wins/losses and TTW for stats and such, and since then I'm on a 60-0 streak. Gonna play 100 games or something like that before posting my results.

Is it useful unupped while upping?

It looks efficient but I farm fine with my deck.
Plus not all of us can blast 30K of spectrum off of our bank, much less have that much elect rum.

There are better options among unupped decks. Surely you haven't missed this thread?

As for the upping order, there are threads discussing this as well. Dragoon makes a nice summary in the last post of this thread, I'm not sure about his grouping, but it gives a quick overview of the advantages of each upped card:
