Skipping tough Gods is a good strategy if you want to make your grinding more efficient.

What I hate about Rainbow is that he is the only False God that can defeat you after mid-game. He's dangerous all the way to the end because he draws so many cards every turn.

Btw if you want to modify your deck so that Rainbow and Seism are easier, take 3 Protect Artifacts. These help A LOT against those two guys and also Hermes and Graviton. The downside is that Scorpio and some other will be a bit harder since you will basically have 3 useless cards in your deck.

I prefer not to use Enchant Artifact, for the reason that you can use the AI's permanent removal strategy against itself. If you observe the decision-making process the AI uses to target your permanents, you will notice that it isn't random. I'll give you a hint: check the casting costs.

How does it help me if I know what permanent he is going to remove? There's nothing I can do about it even if I know what he is going to destroy or steal. Unless of course if I have Protect Artifact.

I have found that it's impossible to lose to Seism if you get Protect Artifact early on. And because I have 3 of them in my deck, I usually get one pretty early. If he cannot destroy your pillars and stopping your quantum production, he's done. Protect Artifact is also very good against Hermes and Rainbow.

It would be awesome if you updated the OP with your deck iterations.  Images are probably not necessary; lists are completely usable.

Sorry, wasn't sure what thread to post this in:

I think it's a good idea to upgrade the Otyughs first. Before, I always had to wait for Rain of Fire or Plate Armor before my Otyugphs became useful. Upgraded Otyughs can basically run over all of Rainbow, Incarnate, Chaos Lord, and Morte's guys. My win percentage probably increased by 10% for each Otyuph upgrade -- until you get 2 upgraded ones, it feels like the whole deck is a crapshoot. Afterwards, it's just a matter of sticking an Elite Otyugph for a few turns.

@brain9h: Even if you're unlucky, you still have to chain your sundials *CORRECTLY* for the maximum amount of stasis times --> More time for your pillars to generate quantums. Don't put up sundials as soon as you get them. Use them as soon as the previous one will stop protecting you.

This is true. Also it's generally a bad idea to play Sundials during 1-2 first turns because you don't have white quantum to pay for extra cards, and opponent has little to no damage on the table.

If I had a bad starting hand (low pillars), I'll play any sundials anyway, just to speed up my game

I tried this deck fully unupgraded, and it gives a nice % of wins, I never lose against the *easy* gods, and have a very nice success rate vs *medium* gods. My conclusion is that this deck does work unupgraded, despite previous contradictions.

You can win Eagle Eye (the upgraded Owl Eye) from Fire Queen, or you can win an Owl Eye from the FFQ deck in AI3, thought that seems to happen less. I actually got two Eagle Eyes from Fire Queen in the same set of spins. o-o
