Actually HOW you play is much more important than what kind of cards you have. Some people seem to think that it's the upgraded cards that made them more successful, when if fact they just learned how to beat each individul False God. If I started playing with non-upgraded deck right now, I would be much more successful than what I was when I first started.

I agree. I started farming gods with a mostly non-upped rainbow deck that was just a guess at what I thought alaska ran, and originally lost more than I won. Even with that deck, after about 20 games or so I started to win games I would have previously lost because of the way I played (or didn't play) my cards.

Are multiple miracles a good idea in this deck?

I found my chances went up adding 3 pillars and 2 electurm hourglasses.

Nearly EVERY SINGLE game I lose is because I don't get an hourglass in the first 10 or so turns. Sundials can help but they usually only extend a losing effort unless they help you get to an hourglass quicker.

yahoo, I ran 2 Miracles for a while in my variant of this deck, but I ended up going back down to 1.  Usually the Miracle is just for lasting until you can get 2 Feral Bonds and a dozen or so creatures up; and even then, it's mostly just against Scorpio, Morte, and occasionally Rainbow -- the gods who can threaten you after you've started to get set up, but before you get a complete lock.
If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

Thanks a lot for the deck. I like your defensive strategy. I was getting bored of grinding AI3. Unfortunately i think we need to be lucky for many of the gods. My current score is only 21/55. Still i won about 1000 credits. I'm using the unupgraded deck but i change a few cards sometimes. Also i have no good weapon. I'm sure owl's eye would help a lot.

Firequeen is very easy, even with a bad start, miracle and incarnate are also easy but my score is only 50% against them. I guess it was bad draws because the strategy against them is pretty simple. Then Gemini and Chaos Lord are ok ( nearly 50%). Against the others, my score is really bad ( around 20%).

What happens most of the time is that you don't get your defensive cards early enough or you don't have enough quanta to use them. I end up losing a lot in about 7-8 turns. When i survive the first wave, i usually do quite well.

For the fight against Scorpio and Morte, you have to rely on only one card, purify. It's a little too random to my taste. Maybe it would be worth to add a second one but it would be useless for the others.

Finally, i see no use of the graboid. The extra damage seems worthless because it usually goes one way or the other.

Anyway, i'm having a good time playing with your deck and i will try to improve it.

Woo! First false god kill with unupgraded rainbow deck. Of course I find out incarnate is one of the easy ones, but I still sold a card from him for over 1000. Thanks for all the help with the rainbow decks.

I have to disagree with you when you say Graviton is the hardest. For me, he's even with Morte and Hermes. Perhaps it's just because I use a very different rainbow deck though. The only ones I have trouble with are the other ones you listed as hard, and except for Scorpio, I just quit when I see I'm up against the other ones because the win percent is too low for me to bother. It's basically a coin flip against Scorpio.
