not for speedrunning against lvl3... i make these decks as a template for arena/pvp decks.. ur good enuf to figure out how to mod it for that..
Ofcourse I'm smart enough to mod it like that lol :p But PC helps in gamespeed vs alot of lvl3s

Not alot; just one: mono-aether (if it gets an imbar draw of only aether pillars and phase shields).
