Arsenic and fog make every rainbow deck better. And since then you have at least 2 permanents... in most games you are likely to be able to keep 1 even if they have some PC. Making people decide to explode fog or arsenic is a painful choice (which is usually good for you).
I hadn't even thought of overdrive, but with steel golems as your main creature it really can be used to buff your damage or CC (or even just for the lobotomize) on enemy creatures.
I'm really on the fence with the epinephrine and the pegasus. The epinephrine is really nice against bonewalls but since you have no 8 or 3 attack creatures you can't get the full benefit. If you keep the epinephrine in I'd upgrade the mindflayer to an ultharid since it is the best target already in the deck. (and epinephrine is definitely an improvement over mitosis since it always benefits at least 1 turns attack and isn't as quanta intensive).
With the removal of the 2 shockwaves you really are down a lot of CC over the original deck (or my mod). But you were right to go down to 1 upped pandemonium (I TOTALLY forgot the upped one cost 5 not 3
). So while I like the 2 explosions and the steal... with 6 SN in the deck I would use a rage pot instead of one of those explosions. 2 PC may not be enough all the time... but in all non mono-aether matchups the creatures are generally more an issue than the permanents. And then you have another CC that you can also use to buff your golems in a pinch.
