This deck works great, and in most cases EQ (elite queen) is great because the fireflies attract all creature control from gods (minus hermes' firestorms) and help actually do damage if you can't get skellies generated (some gods' lack of creatures)

You can also use the Queen's ability to manually trigger Plague or Firestorm. It's very effective at cleaning out board sweepers before you play your real threats. Queen is a decoy 99% of the time.

99% of the time, yes, a very effective decoy machine, I agree.But like I said, if you can't get skellies generated fighting miracle or any other match that is just crawling, she also helps go for the throat.

The queen can also help generate skellies, if needed. For two life and one gravity you get a stronger oty, up to two druid targets and two more bones on your wall.

would protect artifact work to save eternity from Seism rainbow and etcs. permanent destruction?

Don't need to.  Bone Wall protects them since Graviton/Hermes/Rainbow/Chaos Lord always target your Bone Wall before any other permanent except Graveyard.  With Seism, you can still win very frequently even without PAing your Towers if you play correctly.

i really hope that i'm not repeating someone else' question but....how well does it work unupgraded?

It's decent, but I have no true statistics for you. You could build any rainbow you want, and if it has bone wall, otyugh, sundial, bond, and other key cards you will be fine.

well what i was specifically referring to was the mark. so far as i know an entropy mar is primarily used to power the supernovas in an entropy rainbow deck. whereas in a time rainbow deck the mark is used to power unupped sundials. so my question was referring to the neccessity of the entropy mark when novas don't require it.

Entropy mark is pointless if you don't have supernova. You could use whatever mark you want unupped. Gravity for Oty, Time for the Sundials or Hourglasses, etc.

all right thanks. i had actually considered using a grav mark for oty's but i saw a whole lot of chat about it being best to use time or entropy.
