I would drop 1 feral bond for a grave/boneyard or for purify.
Reason is, that there arent enough critter to pay for 3 bonds. The bond only works with queen or graveyard well, queen eats a lot of green mana and your manabase is only able to power 1 queen and the druid. Also a working queen means that you have already boardcontrol, so pretty late in the game. The graveyard is another way to get life or kill the opponent and has a great synergy with the druid. Purify would be a direct counter against scorpio and morte. Purify + 2 bonds should be enough to kill those 2 and is easier on the green mana.
If you dont want to go with a graveyard I would suggest using a fallen elf instead of a druid. My elf is most of the time eating enemy critters and if Im able to turn my monsters into mutants Im anyway winning and its no must-have. Elf and druid die equally fast.
I tweak the deck constantly. I swap yards in and out, bonds in and out, whatever. Bond, IMO, is far superior to purify, as it is never a dead card. Against Morte, stealing his yards means you don't have to run your own. Just because I run three bonds doesn't mean I play all of them. It just increases the chance that I will have at least one early against scorpio and morte.
I do understand the reason why you play 3 bonds and 3 bone walls. Without the draw power of the time mark you have to increase the probability of drawing into important cards. Time would drop one wall/bond and put 2 hourglases into the deck. So the question is more if going with aether and having less problems with supernovas gives you a better manabase than time with single novas (or with simply more land). I cant judge this. Nonetheless is a bond a useless card without critters (just like purify against no poison opponents) but the yard has great synergy with more cards in your deck. Youre also having 3 bone walls which should give you enough protection to draw into a bond and also has synergy with the yard.
Anyway, its your deck and an interresting version.

What I'd offer as a suggestion, is replacing 1 of the 3 feral bonds with a shard of divinity.  Besides diversifying quantum use, the shard gives you more coins and points from masteries.

I'll try it. Leave it to Lev to know that I actually have one ;)

I've been playing this deck for a couple of days and found an extra tower or two helped without hurting, I swapped a tower in and took a sundial out.  I'm also using un-upgraded dials and I have noticed them getting deflagged regularly, but they've always either bought me enough time or just not shown up at all until the end game when I want my mutants to be attacking.  Oh, and the OTYs have a nasty habit of being buried at the bottom of my deck.

Scorpio has my number, though!

I'm thinking on adding a protect artifact and/or another pulverizer, to help on Seism and theives.  I might mess with an eternity if I had one.  Boo...

Yep, that's the point of the deck. Find one that works, use it, and tweak it to your liking. Sounds like you're right on track! ;)

Having been playing this deck exclusively against the gods, I can report basic convergence between my results and jmizzle.  It's definitely got a slight edge on my stats with ScaredGirl's scarabs deck, although I will admit to having more fun playing the scarabs. :P

I would like to know, though, if you have any pointers about dealing with Seism.  I don't have anything close to a 7-8 record with this deck.  I have added one extra tower, an extra parallel universe, and dropped one dial.  But I'm sure the problem is more that I'm missing the strategy of this deck than the cards...

Yeah, Seism is REALLY hard with the deck. I kinda got lucky with some of those wins.

Below is my deck as it currently stands. It does tremendously better than the deck I originally posted, but doesn't kill as fast sometimes. Overall, I would have to say this version is the most efficient deck out there for farming gods.

Looks really good and apart from possibly adding a prot for the towers I couldn't think of many changes to make!

I was thinking it would be a big issue as well, but as it turns out I've been beating Seism pretty regularly, even with less than stellar draws. Just wait as long as possible to play your dials, let him Quicksand only one tower at a time, and use your death quanta on graveyards instead of bonewall. Only steal his shields, as he only has two. Don't even play eternity until after Anubis goes active and you are all set. Insanely bad draws should be the only way to lose against Seism.

Personally, I wouldn't have upgraded the Fallen Elf into a Druid, but I guess that's just a preference, thing, since it's advantagious both ways, but in different ways.

I dropped an fstorm for a prot artifact and it has been working well so far. It helps with other False Gods too, so it is not only a Seism card like purify. The advice you provided is excellent, I approach him in the same way. For players that have not played Seism much I would look at the tips jay has provided because it it will undoubtedly be useful for most of you. This deck/setup is my favourite thus far and it streamlines the farming deck well because it loses all the unnecessary bulk of the older rainbows.
