Just an Idea.Some kind of random but i love it.
Could do it with less cards.

First thought: OMG THAT'S A PRETTY FAT DECK
Second thought: You should focus either on mutation, either on powering up the sparks, and try to make it max 40 cards.

With such a huge deck and the cards included, you could very often play a full game without really doing much at all.

Condense it down and focus it similar to iancu's suggestion
