change the othy with adren if you think it's better

Novae would really help this deck.

I'd also replace staff with adrenaline.

Um, no. You want to attack as many times as possible, not OTK your opponent.

But I want to avoid novas because of the late game, then they become unusefoul and you'll need at least 3 quanta for the enipherine

Unless you are running a huge deck, nova can be helpful even during late game. Novas should be used in pretty much every rainbow with low cost cards.

The problem is that your deck isn't a buffbow anymore, now it's just a bow based on deathstalkers

You could get away with one warden with novae, but you'd have to drop Otyugh and others.
