I only see three flaws with this plan.

You can't TU a chimera.

The most dragons you can have in your hand is 7, and then one slot for the chimera. The highest attack dragons are
Ruby = 15
Arctic = 13
Sky = 13
Silurian = 13
Light = 12
Jade = 12
Amethyst = 12
Total = 90
90 < 100

Your opponent is obviously going to sit there watching you build up quanta when you have no defense.

Well, you can still TU your own Ruby Dragon twice for an extra 30 damage...

A twin universe takes up a slot anyway. One more twin universe = one less dragon. But if you forget the Chimera, 8 dragons will do it.

That doesn't solve the problem of not dying while waiting for quanta.
