So yeah, I've been farming HBs to get money to fully upgrade my deck, this deck works fantastically. It consists of:

The strategy is mostly the same as any FG/HB rainbow, stall with shields/dials, get your defenses up, get some creatures out and mutate stuff. Make sure to mutate the HB's stuff and use eternity to rewind the mutant into their hand, seeing as they cant play it 90% of the time.
Because of the healing nature of the deck (2 bonds, 1 SoG, 1 Miracle), I ALWAYS mastery if I win. The SoD isnt necessary, but it's an extra 10 elec each win, so why not? Also, the amber nymph is by no means necessary for this deck, though if you have one do throw it in, it demolishes HBs that throw out 2-3 quantum pillars.
For people wanting to construct this deck, It works fine (mostly) unupgraded, you should win 75%+ with mastery 100% of wins with just 4 upgrades (the hourglasses). With unupgraded hourglasses, you'll be short on time quanta and might want to farm AI3 until you can upgrade the hourglasses. Also Eternity is necessary for this deck, seeing as you'll be drawing between 2 and 5 cards per turn. In its current state I win 85% with every win being EM for 90 electrum, the only reasons I ever lose is if i get spammed by dragons or if the HB fractals something nasty early on.
Upgrade order is as follows: Hourglasses > Shard(s) > Rain of fire > Miracle > Bonds > other stuff
