I kept the stats for my last 44 games (2 days) against FG's using this deck. Out of 9 wins, I have yet to manage a winning spin. Is everyone else still receiving a 33% payout or have you seen a general decrease in payout percentage?

I really like this game, but I don't see how you can create a competitive deck unless you play 16 hours a day.

1. I hope you skip the difficult FG"s
2. You have really got terrible luck.
3. When you have enough money for some (3) upgrades and 30 unupped cards there are better decks (see my earlier post (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,6758.msg353564.html#msg353564)) than this deck.  In 2 days i had a fully upped deck.

Thanks for the information. I changed my deck to a Flay Em style like you recommended and have done fairly well. However, I am now 16 wins without a winning spin. Has that happened to anyone else or am I just incredibly unlucky?

Once I had won 24 games in which I won zero cards. So yeah, there are other people with bad luck XD. But no it is unlikely.

Haha, I remember a string of bad luck when I was using voodoo. I played a few hours a day for 3 days without a single won card. Then on the fourth day I played DG and won 2 Glories and an Explosion.

I think I finally broke my chain of bad luck at 26 wins. It was brutal.

I just started playing this game, but I have played around with this style of spell deck for a much of my time now. I actually started with it and grinded AI3.... but it's hard without any rares. I like aether pendulums and fire pendulums with fire mark and fire pillars to spread out types of permanents. I chose Fahrenheit which is necessary, and I go for faster fire quanta production.  I put 2 deflags for PC and sometimes I add a rain of fire, but I found that to be mostly unnecessary. You either get a good hand and wait until you have enough fire (being able to quickly calculate about how much damage the Fahrenheit and bolts do is a useful for knowing how early to close out).

I found that waiting to run through the entire deck is both too long and too risky esp against grav AI3/4 and poison and stuff.  If you produce more fire faster, you can beat otherwise hard to beat decks. At then end of the day, though, it just helps to have a little luck. Blarg.... still waiting on a lobo, but meh... don't even know if it's worth it. this deck needs more regen... and steals/discord/early(or any)earthquake/trident fuck this deck up hard.

3.5/5 for an UNUPPED deck.

I just went against Lionheart using this deck (un-upped Fire Bolt) and that was by far the easiest False God match-up I've ever had. I had 73 HP left when he drew dead. Had the AI not drawn dead, I would have killed him off within the next two turns, anyway.

I want all my match-ups to be against Lionheart, now.

Oh, and going off of what someone said earlier, I'm at 7 False God wins without a card. I hope I don't get stuck waiting till 26.

Elidnis should be put on the skip list, reflective shield is always up.

You can firebolt yourself (while having a reflective shield), that way you hit Elidnis. So Elidnis should not be on the skip list.

Thank you soooooo much!  Just a note for me it was harder with lobo instead of farenheit (everything unupped) on the easier false gods.  So far lionheart seems to be the easiest

tried 10 FGs and only won once.

however, I'd still say this is a good deck, as among the 9 defeats, 2 were my own fault. one because I forgot to re-use the shield, the other because I cast fire bolt on the enemy, not on myself, when both have reflective shield...

thanks for this deck:)

I really like the deck.  Decided to try it out (unupped) and my first FG was Miracle.  I was forced to start my shield chain early (and also discard the sundial) and Miracle put up a jade shield.  I noticed that my shield chain would run out before I could draw my last card.  On the second to last card (the last one I could draw before dying) I FINALLY got my reflective shield.  That was a pretty fun and nerve-wracking game.  I like the deck.  Good job on your design.
