Here is a simple little deck that tries to maximize the minor-vampire effect via momentum+adrenalin:

It works pretty good against AI3 or bronze-arena, a bit too slow and vulnerable against stronger enemies. I am looking for suggestions to improve it, the 2 dissipation shields could be replaced with something more useful, but I could not think of anything that would benefit the deck more. The pendulums can be replaced by towers of course, or better to split them 3-3, but I do not have upped towers, so I used all pendulums. The vampires should
NOT be upgraded, because this way they are cheap to play and get maximum benefit from the adrenalin.
The combo is obvious from the deck: play vampire+unstoppable+epinephrine+quintessence
If you are fairly confident the opponent does not have CC, you can play it partially and add the missing pieces later (mind you the quint has to be last).
It will go through shields and each combo provides 12 damage + 12 healing per turn.
