Hi all!

This is the deck, I've been playing for a while now.

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 4sa 52r 52r 52r 55v 595 595 595 5c5 5c7 5c7 5c7 5f6 5f8 5oi 5ro 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rq 5rq 5rq 5rq 5rq 5up 5up 5up 61r 61r 61r 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 6qq 7ba 7q5 7q5 8ps

It does ok vs the lvl5 ai (w/l - 3/2), if unupped, but does well as it is now. (Roughly 5/7 wins).

Basic tactic is simple: Get a scarab out and buff it with adrenalin and basilisk blood. It will be free in 1,5 turns because of the adrenalin, and strong enough to eat pretty much everything, because of the basilisk blood.

Sometime improvising is needed, this deck suffers of bad drawing from time to time. The PUs go well with adrenalin and basilisk blood. Also the druidic staff can heal you for 20hp/turn, if you use flying weapon and put adrenalin on it. It even heals when stuck in a time bubble/ice.

Vs the ai, it is sometimes key, to prolong the game using eternity, to give your critters enough time, to kill the half-bloods (200hp).

Comments are appreciated. ;D

Hmm, 47 is a tad bit too much. Maybe take out the Parallel Universes and the Drudic Staff. Maybe add some Empathic Bonds for the Scarabs.

Adrenaline rush the stop time caused by Basilisk blood? Didn´t know, never tried this, but it´s interesting.
The idea is good, but i think this deck need more work. Try taking off Druidic Staff, shard of gratitude, parallel universe, flying weapon, deflagration, rain of fire.
Why you don´t need these cards.
Druidic heals very little and you have 3 bone wall.
Shard heals very little again
parallel cost too much, slow down the deck
flying weapon for what if you have only 2 weapons?
deflagration for what? use steal.
rain of fire to kill the creatures you want to eat? not a good idea

Maybe insert graveyard and bonding something  :life

bye

I think PU is essential, when playing scarabs. And copying a buffed one is a great help.
The staff heals for 20hp/turn on adrenalin. It saved me many times.
The rain of fire is great vs poison and FFQ swarmers, it supercharges the bonewall. The deflagration is because of fire quanta use (cheap) and to counter eclipse.

But somehow the deck needs to be smaller :) U are right...

I'll switch it a little around and post the next setup after a testing phase here.

The deck needs to be smaller in reality, but although I knew about the basilisk blood + Adrenaline combo, I never thought of using it on a scarab. That could actually work. It might work well if you replaced a parallel universe with a Fractal, meaning you can get 7 or 8 more scarabs down, to help with upping hp, and you have more attacking force and nom-ing force

not enough regen. i think at least one bond and one more SoG would do this deck good. maybe replace 1 PU with a fractal...if i had the luxury of time quanta i would replace 2 PUs with fractals but obviously that's not the case. and with a fractal you'd have enough scarabs to dedicate one to butterfly effect in place of 1 or 2 steals. appreciate your work just trying to give some constructive comments.
