the main point of this deck is to stall start off using mirror shield then build up enough quanta to use dissapation works well. Mainly used for pvp.

It's pretty hard to force a deck-out deck to rage-quit to the threat of decking, even with Eternity+photon. Plus, I'd use damsel or gnome so that starting draws aren't further screwed than they probably already are.
