Napalm got several 3 ttw's with it, but I have yet to get one.  I did get within 5 or so hp several times though.

How does this version compare with 2 fewer critters running around?

I dunno :/ its smaller also due to the precogs... so those fewer critters may cancel out with that... im thinking it will em even more cuz youll draw the dagger and heals quicker.... but anyways its hard to tell without testing

Eh, but not having the Minor Phoenix reduces the amount of things you can cremate, plus the MP was "invincible" Cremation fodder.  Also, that Graboid was a mean piece of firepower :s

being kind of 2 cards smaller means it has about 35 % reduction in terms of combinations of cards (its a good thing). I dont like 2 gabroid, i see you can cast one easily, but when you would draw two the second one is pretty much useless (holds also for the dagger). Yea, MP is neccesary! so i took out a ball (not quite sure how that will work out)

a really great rush deck....

in some situation. the otyugh comes late that the destroyer have grown big enough that it should be the one devouring the otyugh.

Did this with Crimson Dragons instead of Graboids and Fire mark. Felt like it was both faster and more consistent, but obviously it's gonna be less viable late-game. Shouldn't be a late-game with this, though. The gist of it is that this is very customisable, which is, as I see it, the biggest strength any composition can have.

Interesting, I'll have to try this.  Without fire pillars I wonder if you'll have the quanta for dragons.  Then again you don't have the 1 turn wait for evolution either.

Ultimately, with 3 heals and 2 daggers, the healing portion takes care of itself and damage can come from several places.

quite hard for the dragon to be summoned. also when you play it with the fire mark. you can only get a maximum of 10  quantas
it is a rush deck so i think it is enough but for some annoying skills like freeze and reverse time, it delays the rush making your opponent to stack some quanta.
if the fire shield is also played early ( like for the 2 - 3 turn) the destroyers will not get a chance to grew.
maybe it is better with the earth mark. but having a damage dealer of 12 is also good though...
