Note that you can mutate singularities. That's a big help in this sort of deck.

I always find myself short on :entropy quanta...
if only we had quantum pendulums...

I'd not recommend replacing 2 damsels for a gemfinder and a RoL, as you usually don't have any non-:entropy quanta problems...
be quick- time is quanta.

I've no doubt you are short on entropy quarta. I've tried running a SoseBow for a short while, and found that even having a single entropy creature / spell in the deck (in my case just one maxwell's demon), my hand would get clogged up with entropy cards. I can see that you could quite easily be hard on aether quarta, with four PU.

Comparing to the deck here: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,29406, you could easily take out three quantum towers and replace them with entropy towers or aether pendulums.
