Depending on who you are, the title may be lying. But this deck can be evilly quick, and can get out poisons over 40 in one game, managed to outdo miracle while she had a bad draw, and I had 4 Pendulums and both anti-matters. The AM pretty much slows down any rush so you can win.

i really have no idea, at first this one was somewhere close to 36, and then I had to slim it down. So 32 seemed like a practical number, besided those 2 extras don'y usually make too big of a difference.

I put in graboid and phase recluse recluse they have the best damage for 4 or less quanta.

Yours is probably more effective with the antimatters to stall.  Nice deck.
