I havn't tested this, I'm hoping someone will (I cant do accurate testing on things like seconds or games per hour cause my comp is extremely slow. I built this in design for Fg's. I put cloaks in there if your getting to low HP and want to just try and 3 turn hit the fg. 8)

why would it need sky blitz? Damage is suffice anyway, especially with cloaks (allowing for you to lay combo out early instead of OTK) And Devonian dragons have 5 HP. No Shield would matter in terms of OTK.

The deck name says "3 rares" and I see 2 

Also, the quanta seems too messy and I don't think you have enough  to fuel the hourglasses, the deck seems too big to be dim-shield based without enough 

About damage: you are playing with quantum pillars, think about removing something for a Sky Blitz, that can make more damage with less cards. Chimera helps bypassing shields and it's a must.

I honestly don't think shields would be problem unless the dragons were upped. I thought there was 3.Thanks for noticing 2. I guess ill add in sky blitz. The pendalums should make for more then enough time.

The mitosis+SoR won't make an OTK unless used on a time creature, so your deck would have pretty much nothing to do with the original Instosis without the dragon. And good luck against Divine Glory.

Ohhh yeah, But you dont have to otk. If I wanted just a regular fg killer Id take out dragon put in cloak. But for instatosis ill keep the dragon

I'm using this deck this very minute, and it seems there is a lack of Aether even with the pendulums, I'm wondering if you/whoever else uses this should have mark of Aether, because the quantum pillars doesn't give enough to sustain constant PU, PhShield usage

Could always put the last few card slots in for more aether pendalums as you feel fit. But in my testing ive always had enough.
