Looking for advice on quanta supply as well as CC and how to make this deck fast enough to beat Speedbow.

As speedbows don't usually have very many pillars, you should probably take out the quicksand and replace it with another graboid or something. If you really want a counter speedbow, maybe add more black holes? (Or change deck entirely to mono grav. or something?)

Quicksand is really useless against speedbow. They only need 2 entropy from the towers and then SNova.

-1 Tower +1 Flesh Recluse -1 Forest Spectre +1 Phase/Flesh Recluse. And then you may want to sub out that Fog for a second Wings.

Nah, he should probably keep the fog shield for longer games so that he has a shield that lasts.
